It's really fun!! I loved do it.

Okay let's go to the motives:
CR-S01 - I don't know why I created all this love for him. But I'm sure of few things. His voice rocks (both in english and japanese.) His story is the best! And I really LOVE him!! (And he's also very very very hot, I almost fainted when he did that look of "I'm gonna save this patient!") And my first XS in Trauma Team was with you!!
Gabe - MAN, DO I HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING?!?! GABE YOU ARE THE MOST FUNNY GUY I EVER MET!!! I LOVE YOU BECAUSE YOU COMPLAIN IN A WAY THAT I ALWAYS WANNA LAUGH!!
Joshua - I love him 'cause his the most cute thing I've ever seen!! He is cute! But he doesn't act like a lolisho (loli shota) as Hani-senpai (from Ouran High School.)
Little Guy/Navel - Little Guy I'm so sorry I didn't recognize you from the Second Opinion! Because you're truly different since that time! Your hair changed! You totally changed!! And now you're very funny! You always cheer me up. And you're fanatic for rock!! I almost fell from bed of laughing.
Naomi Kimishima/Nozomi Weaver - I loved her since Second Opinion. and now she's back at Trauma Team!! That makes me really happy!! And she's beautiful as always.
4 - Why do I make all the sad moments my favorites moments? I really liked this one, I cried a lot!! When the game said I was the 7th doctor my eyes was filled up with tears!! And also that song "Gonna Be Here" made me download ALL the album of Trauma Team.
5 - Surgery forever!! I put my favorite surgeons there!! CR-S01 and Derek!! I put a healing touch too! Just to remember the old times... (How I love all the other series...)
I like diagnosis too, Gabe you're very funny XD
Also I don't like orthopedics 'cuz I always miss in any part. But I got an S at specialist... Dunno how...
And endoscopy is truly stressing. I can't get a higher rank than B at specialist!!!
6 - MY FAVORITE PAIRING EVER!! GABRIELXCR-S01!! I also like NavelxNaomi they match very well. And Maria, I'm not a moron okay?
7 - Sorry for the bad coloring. I think if CR met Naomi in the Second Opinion, he wouldn't recognize her.

My first XS was in the New Blood. The easiest operation to get XS is the first Ops operation.
I don't remember very well, but I got at least 4 XS in New Blood.
There are so many videos on YouTube showing how you get a XS.
