Say uh I was just wondering where exactly did you catch Lucy? Was it i Gen 3 or Gen 4? It couldn't have been Gen 5 because there aren't any wild Ralts nor would it have been Gen 6 because Pokebank hadn't had all the bugs erased or released yet. Just wondering. You don't have to answer if you don't want to.

You couldn't transfer from Gameboy Era to GBA era anyways. If you wanted a Totadile, you would either need to play through Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, clear Mt. Battle from start to finish without losing or exiting the battle (that's like 100 Battles to go through!), and choose the Totodile who has Hydro Cannon (that's the game where the Elemental Hyper Beams came from!) and trade him to a GBA game. Or, if you are in the DS or 3DS era, you could start-up a game of Pokemon Heart Gold or Soul Silver, and select Totodile as your starter! If you wanted to have a Totodile in your later games, you could use a Ditto, and breed your starter, hatch the starter egg, and transfer it to B/W or B2/W2. Then, if you want it in X or Y, and you have Pokebank (trust me, if you have a 3DS, have x and or Y, and a 5th gen game, totally buy Pokebank. Sure, you only keep it for a year, but you rent it for only FIVE DOLLARS! It's CHEAP! Also, if you are out of time to rent it, if you check back on the bank, it gives you a few days of grace time for you to buy another pass so you keep everything in your Pokebank.), if you have the side app to go with Pokebank, you can transfer the Pokemon from Gen 5 to the bank, which, unlike with the DS era, you do NOT need a second system for transfer!
