This chara is creepy and cool, two things that I like a lot. Those glasses and the metalic thing in the mouth makes him look scary, and that night background with the tree silhouttes, which it's awesome, gives that extra mysterious and dangerous look. Interesting perspective the one that you used, but it definetely works great.
