That's a great question, lol! I honestly have no idea, since her Quirk isn't super similar or immediately reminiscent of any current Pro Hero I can think of. I think, though, if Todoroki had to guess, it'd either be Best Jeanist (from proximity alone, because they spend so much time together) or Mirko (not a "love-child" necessarily due to age, but he might wonder if they're related, since Shiori's physique will eventually look similar to hers).
