Roadscapes: something we all take for granted. Millions of miles of tarmac across the UK that we depend on to travel from place to place- without them our society falls apart.I find it amazing how the motorways are almost unexplored territory! Thousands of vehicles use them everyday but few stop on them, and even fewer take the time to look at the landscape that we help to create.
When night falls, landscapes change drastically and in particular ambient lighting can make for amazing photography.
All of the images in Roadscapes were taken using a slow shutter and just the ambient lighting surrounding the road.

i like this photo, we have motorways here in aus but the dont come up as pretty as that good shot.

ha, im sure you wouldn't have the problem of losing the feeling in your fingers due to the cold if you took pictures of your motorways!
