Jateshi — Dark Sailor Mars

Description While looking after my dog (who is, I am thrilled to say, doing better!!!) I decided I could be a bit productive. In between re-watching BSSM Super and beginning to re-watch BSSM Stars, I worked on colouring this image of Sailor Mars, from my old "what would happen if they all went evil?" which brought about the lovely Dark Sailor Venus which holds a very special place in my life.

My next planned "Dark" senshi is a toss between Moon and Jupiter. If you want to sway me one way or another, leave me a 'vote' in a comment, ne? (And before I get asked, hells yes I'm going to do "Dark" senshi versions of the Outers as well. ^^' So if you'd like, you can vote for them, too!)

I'll check this out in a dark monitor after the weekend, I have a feeling it's very dark on other screens besides my laptop. ^^''

I LOVE it. The detailing you do is just so amazing, every single time you blow me away, I tell you.
I lovelovelove the gold and the way you've done her brooch, sooo gorgeous.

I vote for (Out of the two)...Jupiter... she would look good in black vines in my opinion. O_o

Also- the first outer I vote for would diffently be Pluto; since shes so dark already, I bet you could do awesome things.

I helped a friend make an "emo Togo " costume; and the black vines were awesome, and I was strangely thinking of Jupiter when I did it, then the next day I saw Ms. Mars O_o

Glad to finally see this finished! I note that, like Venus, you departed from the traditional colour scheme, but I like this (it works better for fire than purple did, in my opinion). I like how you coloured the gold bits, and I like the earrings. (I'd wear them, at any rate. )

Putting in my vote for "Moon" next. Time to see what an Evil-SM would look like.

I think I'm going to just have to fess up and admit that I have NO plans on sticking to the 'traditional' colour schemes for any of these. ^^' Jupiter in pink, hell no! I'm going to wing how I think they should really be, all boiled down to their evil essences.

Moon lost to Jupiter! I was shocked, I woulda bet money on Moon being more demanded than Jupiter ended up being!

Thankies! It always saddens me how people hold Rei being with Mamoru against her and make Rei frumpy. v.v She's not frumpy!

X3 You are the first person to suggest Saturn (no one voted for her in my poll, she sad!) but unfortunately, the consensus is Jupiter at the moment. I promise I'm going to be doing them all though.

*muses* Makoto is more sexy to me, but that's because I find her dual natures of feminine and nearly-masculine to be so appealing. REi appeals more in a pure-woman kind of way, I think.

Makoto does seem to be all over the place.... (Which brings up the question of her sexuality but that can easily be tossed out - Anime version anyways). Rei on the other hand seems to be a bit of one who would fall for a woman (Manga version is a stronger indication for this however.)

That's where I got the name from in the first palce and then named a character after it. pretty and poisonous. Describes the character perfectly.
