Joker Gas can disable a person very quickly.
& Joker is a hard cookie (i mean he had is face cut off & he barely lost a step)
It boils down to how good a sniper Trevor is.... since his equiptment includes sniper rifles & grenade launchers.
In close Quarters Joker would win.... but his range is shorter.... his longest range weapons are the custom magnum rifle (not most accurate & terrible recoil) and the occasional time seen him with an automatic rifle.
If joker closes the gap and gets into medium range, he'll win.
