WOW magnificent scene, love the character and environments. The lighting and atmospherics are gorgeous

The original picture, Raine, screamed Judge Dredd to me. And I remembered that I had some of the Urban Future sets.
And, as things often go with me, I started making the scene more and more complicated. So it ended up going from a couple of hours to a couple of days of work.
I will say that it was one of my more successful uses of Scene Optimizer. There was no way the un-optimized version would render. It just kept dying at 76% and sitting for hours (8 at last count). I optimized down the largest textures (which were mostly hidden or distant) and it rendered to 100% in three hours.
I still needed to post process though, which is where the Canvas came in. Otherwise I would have had dark spots where the details were unnaturally hidden.
I went ahead and used DAP on it again, since I did on the first Raine image. That way it got a sort of comic book look.
