Description A full size steampunk Aether Helmet prop made with yard sale finds and stuff from dumpster diving . This is big enough you could wear it .

I don't mind if you share my pictures , but please let me know you are and link to here and don't take credit for my work . Mostly I just want to see who and where they get used . Probably an ego thing .

This is beautifully designed. I love the old school look. I'm a big fan of the older sci-fi robots. Check out my gallery under weaponry for some similar ideas.

Speaking of classic sci-fi this was inspired by this book cover [link] I just couldn't resist the crazy look .

Very cool! Does it block your vision at all? And it looks really heavy

Thank you I'm glad you enjoy the helmet . No it doesn't block my vision much , I designed it so it fits me . It's not nearly as heavy as it looks the main part is sheet aluminum , but the other parts are pretty heavy , so the weight is up there . I really don't plain on wearing it even though I can . "There's all kinds of pointy things on the inside ."

Pointy on the inside? Ouch. Well, it's really great looking and I bet you turn all kinds of heads while you have it. You can carry it under your arms and still make a big statement!

It's designed to fit over a hard hat so it can be worn .The metal screw heads are from self tapping tek-screws hence the pointy things .I will probably carry it around or set it next to warp speed tryke as a prop .Thanks for your questions .

Integrated with a hard hat? Ingenious

It's just designed so the hard hat fits in it , that way the hard hat suspension supports the helmet .I'm glad you like the idea , please feel free to steal it and make a cool helmet for yourself . And let me see a picture please .
