Description Pattern welded dagger. Somehow similar that one early iron age dagger found from finland. This is not strict replica though, only the style is same.

I started to learn these things myself, three years I studied in vocational collece to become as craftsman then, but for me it was actually self taughting there also, the school just offered good workshop where to learn.

You have inspired me dude! - I am enrolling on a part-time course at the local college ("Fabrication and Welding"), hopefully they won't get too worried when I tell them "I want to make folded swords like Jarkko!!"

Heh. Nice to hear that my works have inspired someone so much Especially two blacksmiths have inspired me when I started forging. JT PΓ€likkΓΆ from Finland [link] and Patrick Barta from Czech Republic [link] , check out their websites, really great ones.
