Aw, I love the detail in the figure, especially the detail in the heart...

Truee, white's also a hopefull colour! Craps i used blackish-grey for my sad peice

I like the loads of negative space. It adds to the feeling of being alone, and unimportant. Feeling small in the world. Many artists are afraid to experiment with negative space. I also adore how you did the heart. Nice shades and tones of red.
