This is like one of those Victorian era artworks with fancy borders and flat images.
Something that reminds me of one of those church glass art.
Maybe if that's what you're goin for, you can put some fancy ornaments on top and bottom areas

I like this. It has a cool style and i like the somewhat graphic quality. I also like how it is colored. The colors have less is more smoothness and at the same time I like they are bold. The palette is nice at well. The blue w/ the brown looks great together. Nice work!

Yeah the tattoos looks cool, but, you could improve the lights. There is a lack of contrasts in your character's colors (too flat) and if I were you I would do a hand drawing frame around the character because the shapes you used are so straight and the colors so simple (no texture) that it ruins your picture a bit. If you do these changes I think it will really look nice !!
