Description
Since my Feanor looks a bit awful I decided to try again and paint his favorite half-sibling!
There are many, MANY beautiful renditions of Fingolfin duel with Morgoth, but they usually focus on the fight itself.
The most impactful thing for me is how broken and furious Fingolfin is. So furious to go and challange the mightiest of the gods in single combact, insulting him and calling him a coward in front of his army of orcs, demons and fell beasts, at the very gates of his impregnable volcano-fortress.
And everyone was too startled to do something about it! Morgoth himlsef didn't want to come out!
