It makes death seem erotic... definite talent (for the macabre & sensitively fierce human condition....) and I don't just mean the make-up artist. There are 2 things here that make you wonder ... almost as if it's way too brilliant to be deliberate... had to be by accident!? lol.... The way her contortion and the photographer's classic use of diagonals inspires elevation of excitement & leads ur eye around the frame. Ex-art student to x-art student? Love

the only thing I can think of to fix is the obvious difference between the hair colour and the eyebrows. It just distracted me from the rest of the picture.
other than that, it's a fantastic shot with absolutely amazing prep work put into it. congrats for the DD, too. It's well worth it.
