Wonderful lighting, was the original subject lit that way or is it an effect?
At second glance, that had to be original lighting, unless you're excellent with the Dodge tool.
What font did you use, it does a good job of adding beauty to the picture
One last question, where is that? It's looks like a very peaceful place.

I did little changes in the lighting
The font name is Loki Cola (the same used in Coca-Cola

What changes did you do to the lighting? It's extremely realistic.

first, I did a light/dark blue radial gradient in blend mode "difference" and apply a layer mask to give these colors to the sky
after, I applied a lighting effect brush
finally, I did some corrections in the guy by using both dodge and burn tool (just little corrections...)
and I did some color corrections in the guy's shirt too (by using a simple soft rounded brush

Understood it all except for the lighting effect brush. I love using Photoshop, but it's all been through forums, others' experience, and experimentation. So i mighta missed that function somewhere along the way.
