Cellulite- the deposits of fatty cells found on pretty much everyone, yet is never seen on models in magazines or idols on tv.

This piece came to me when having numerous conversations about cellulite and stretch marks on mine and my friends bodies. before having had said conversations i always thought I only had cellulite, and being a skinny person was always puzzled as to how and why it was there? but then having discussed our bodies oddities with my friends i found that all of us had some form or stretch mark, cellulite, or blemish somewhere on us.

i suppose i wanted to give the message that cellulite is completely normal and the majority of women, if not people have cellulite >o<

(because stigmatization of body stuff is stupid and sexism is linked to it and yay body positivity!!)

my two oc's from this old thing jade-kingfisher.deviantart.com… Tara (aka Tharah) on the left and Os (aka Oshun) on the right, slightly revamped with more noticeable body types~

i wanted to use two different body types (though not extremes, just pretty average) to show that cellulite can be found on lots of people~ (even river spirits such as Os!), and umm yeah...i wasnt sure if i shouldve made the cellulite markings more obvious, but then again on most people that ive seen it really isnt that noticeable unless youre up close and personal ;D

and Os refused to wear any form of bikini top, it was hard enough getting her bum covered up :'''D
