Description
Some anthropomorphical guy, something similar to an afgan or maybe a collie, you choose.I wanted to submit something since I've been lazing out a lot lately, however I have to admit that this is more like a practice than a finished work, but I don't intend for the moment to make it for real.
I submited the original draw and the idea of colors i wanted to apply, as you can see this work is Art Nouveau inspired.

Yes, he's totally inspired in Afghan hounds, I find them absolutelly gorgeous (but I suspect that it has to be a hell to have their hair look that awesome all the time). Now, the ears are a little change I made that I think it looks nice for the design, sort of making him look less adorable and more honorable or something.

I see. But in your later pictures of him you've seemed to leave this kind of ears out?
(I've read that you should never brush an Afghan hound's hair when it's dry, so every time you brush it, you gotta wash it first, then brush it and then dry the hair. This can alltogether take up to 6 hours and is done at least once a week, depending of the type of the dog's hair and weathers. For this reason I'd never take an Afghan hound, I'd not have the time!

Yup, to be real, I'm not totally sure about what to do with the ears.
(whoa, that's a lot of work, I'd love to have one but knowing me better, I'm not sure is the appropiate dog for me at least, I'm too lazy and I know I wouldn't do that much effort in making it look good.. lol, for what it seems their hair takes more time than worrying about my own XD) .

Hola!
En realidad, en Internet se usa mal el término, en este caso Anthro se suele usar como forma de escribir más cortito anthropomórfico, que significa algo que puede ser un objeto/animal/planta que posee características que lo hacen similar a un hombre (del género humano).
En etimología la palabra se separa así:
Anthropo: hombre.
Morfo/morpho: forma.
De modo que toda palabra que posea anthro, hace referencia al género humano, por ejemplo anthropología, anthropometría... etc.

Hey! This one is very pretty! The sketch looks great with the intrincate design on the armor (which is the best point of the picture in my oppinion) and the tree branches behind. You should finish that border, it is looking good already!

A mi también, se nota más la línea real del dibujante, en los trabajos más definidos (si bien quedan hermosos) muestran menos la personalidad que con el trazo libre del sketch.. Si puedes trata de ver los sketches que se hicieron para la Bella y la Bestia de Disney, son hermosos!

Es muy cierto eso que dices sobre los sketches y la personalidad del dibujante. Los dibujos apresurados, sin perfeccionar, son los que muestran la verdadera fuerza y los que son unicos para cada artista.

Totalmente de acuerdo, igual sigue siendo una de mis series favoritas aunque hubieron ene cuestiones q quedaron al cuete, pero en fin....
