i know i need to fix his face and hair... i tried to make it look like he has "bed head", but it may be a little too much. and i know he's a bit more buff than he should be, but i got a little carried away
so, crit away, my homies! i need to get this stuff done ASAP, so i can start taking pre-orders for the calendars!!

I'd have to say that his torso looks out of proportion...I appreciate the realism, but it might be just too wide, I think. The face seems pretty off, so though it might be cheating on the perspective, maybe move everything down and lessen his chin a little. I'd also give him a stronger volume of hair, especially for the bedhead look.

He seems a tad TOO muscular, especially in the torso. (You can probably keep the bed-hair if you put in like, his sketch book so he's easier to recognize as Sai.)

I think the sketch is perfect! The Only reason he seems a little too buff seems like it might be the shading along his left side might be a touch too heavy, but it's still a gorgeous job! And his hair is good too!

Looks great as a sketch, but it needs some more work before inking: in particular Sai's constitution is much more slender; his cheek bone should be more curvy (he's not that manly in manga); and pay more attention to his neck - the muscles are wrong, I believe. Hope it helps

the face kinda doesnt look like sai i think his eyes are sharper and his chin is smaller too

Hair is fine...he needs to be more in the center. Between him being off-center and looking away, it feels like he's drifiting off the page.
His neck needs thinning, and you already mentioned the face. I'd center it a tad (not too much, just a little), and narrow the eyes. Sai's eyes are always about half-way open. Best way to fix the face would be shorten his chin-mouth ratio. That's where it's off. Do that, and you'll be golden. It's a great pose, just gotta touch it up.

He's definitely broader than he should be. In the anime, he's crazy-slender. And his jawline is softer in the anime. Pretty much everything about him is softer, and more feminine, in the anime and manga. And he's always smiling . . .

The part of the chin is ok, maybe you'll need to stretch the neck and broad the part between the forehead and the crown of the head.
