This is my beautiful boy Zeal. I love this boy, he is featured in my novel! I might be posting his story too.

He is an ace lion who started a pride for all lions who got kicked out of theirs for being infertile, too old, or young males who had to leave the pride at maturity but are not ready to be off on their own. He died defending his pride but Darkwing, a powerful sorcerer turned his feathers into needles and threads to stitch him up, and drained the life force of Zeal's attacker to bring back life into him.

He is a total non-violent teddy bear of a lion unless you threaten his pride. then you can expect claws and teeth. If not, you can expect a thorough tongue cleaning, a play fight and a warm fuzzy body lying on top of you.
