redesign of a water elmental from cyan: os / female form/ (the male one will be done soon 8D )for those that are not familiar, they are tricky in that the can choose the form that they appear in. females in the eyes of males, males in the eyes of female.
it is very hard to control, least of all use them. the process of acquireing elementals is long and perilous and most that do end up going insane and killing themselves or getting killed.
