it is so sweet that I have a Psychology exam that day. D:I am really, really pleased with how the hair turned out...anyhoo can somebody teach me how to draw & color clothes? D:

Aside from that, this lovely drawing stands out very much from the rest of your gallery and totally can be seen as you right before your psychology test. XD
The nuances of pink you've used for both her hair and background are nice, soft and not so striking as pink can usually be. It is also very nice how you've shaded the hair; simply, without much strands yet with fancy gradient from slightly yellow to medium glaring magenta. Hair and eyes color is well combined and makes fine contradiction.
I can never praise enough simple backgrounds, maybe because I'm totally degenerated for backgrounds. XD I'd only maybe suggest more diversity in color palette where background is concerned.
As much you've shaded the hair and the skin well, I must say that unfortunately clothes are nothing like hair, skin or eyes to color. Since they're what moves and bends the most (depending on the material!) it should be colored with much care. For improving your coloring I suggest you to use references, but not real life ones, but from other anime/illustration artists. Of course, you should study from realistic things, but if you're not attending any art school or something, I believe it's fine to, erm, go shorter ways. lol
One more flaw I could mention is the position and form of the girl's eyes. The right eye seems a bit off and a bit larger than the left one. It is completely fine to do minimal strokes and details as you did here when the drawing is more the less simplistic, but I'd suggest you to stroke those lines above her eyes just but more carefully, taking notion about what they are supposed to represent; upper eyelid and eye lashes.
Well, just continue with your light coloring style and don't be afraid to combine more complementary colors.

The soft colours are really beautiful and they suit the mood and holiday perfectly. I do think the line-art could definitely be a bit more defined and bold, since it looks a tad shaky at some places (for instance the lines defining her glasses). Other than that: good work! :3
