Description
Returning from a morning of pictures from Dream Lake, I came across an intricate design within the trunk of a pine. Being that the landscape was pure white, and this tree vibrant brown, we locked eyes immediately. Well, maybe not eyes, but eyes and knots. The waves and contortions gave way to many ideas and allowed for me to have a fun time framing a shot. Finally, it was a two shot pano which worked out to give me this design.Related content

You have a true photographer's eye and view, many people who take pictures aren't able to spot the details/compositions you find and capture, keep it up!

Hahaha, I see what you mean. Similar to the view from the Planet Earth aerial shot of deserts. I don't exactly remember where though. I think death valley.

hot, dry, grasshopper swarms. It literally feels so hot that you can't breathe, like, air evaporates before it can reach your lungs hot.

Haha. It depends. If it's a really flavourful coffee, I might drink it black. I'm not a big coffee drinker. I LOVE it, but I don't seem to drink it much. It's just that I like to look at photos from coffee artists or whatever the hell they want to be called.

what? what a weirdass thing to say. I suppose you could take that as a compliment?
I'm half black and half white, but a lot of people think I look like some sort of islander. People have a lot of strange replies when they find out I'm half and half. I've had people say that I don't act black and/or that I don't have a black personality...someone once told me I looked too pale to be black. And all these people make these comments in tones that suggest they're supposed to be compliments, accomplishments or just generally positive things!

Both of those features intially capture my interest. Once I was hooked, I couldn't leave until I took something I thought worthy. And that wasn't easy considering I was so hungry!
