Law is hard to come by the Black Streets. Extending away from the Heights for miles in every direction, they are the arteries of an ancient beast of a city long ago reclaimed by the very wilderness that was violated to create it. Bandits, murderers and monsters of all shapes and kinds make the Black Streets their home, but so do goodhearted folk just looking to survive on what scraps they can manage.

Those folks need a protector. Those people need champions. For that, they look to the ever vigilant Road Wardens.
