This painting is for my mother's birthday, which she asked me to paint her something about a year ago and has been patiently waiting, without complaining for this peice. I am surprized that I finished it before her birthday, considering I have less and less time to paint, however, this one was done in record time (about 2 days) and had only minor trauma for finishing touches. I am so happy that this turned out and it makes me even happier that I will get to see it every time I am home.
