The guy in suit was just passing by the sitting guy, and the bird is the pigeon.
Was taken on the stairs of Grande Arch in La Defense, Paris.

Woahhh, I can't believe this is street photography. It's so symbolic! XD The guy could be death coming to claim the sitting man's life--there's a crow in the foreground and everything. Amazing shot!
