Like many baristas, ive made a few thousand coffees... it sorta comes through enthusiasm of making something different, beautiful, and somethign that puts a smile on someone's face. I suppose coffee designs arn't really the biggest thing when it comes the the direness and severity of life, but I've seen many people perk up, and that makes *my* day.

I can't wait for more.. I have once tried to do a simple heart design.. but 1. i fail at good coffee art..i'll leave it up to master ninja's such as yourself.. and 2. a friend got to it and started drinking before i was done

I've had people drink 'around' the design before, heh, but i see it as 4d art-fun - it all part of the experience; the next coffee will have a different design on it too!

The most amusing things started to occur a month or two ago - people wont drink or mix up the froth on top; they just sip from the side. We get cups brought back in with the design laying on the bottom. so cute.
I wouldn't normally put normally put chocolate on top, but, it was for a regular - our regulars are good value too.
