I miss my Flash. Too bad I don't have time to make one. So, I made a simple as this.I only make her hair and eyes move. Sorry, I can't move her dress. Plus, I add some snow-like balls falling to her. Enjoy!

This is absolutely fantastic! Did you draw the girl directly in Flash, or did you import from another program? It seems like it is quite difficult to draw this kind of thing directly in Flash. I've tried animating the hair motion by hand before, and it was a lot of work.
Anyway, I know this is not easy, so I appreciate it.
I don't understand how you got the blinking to seem so randomized. Is is random or does it just seem that way because you have a good loop?

Did you see my link below my description? I draw her in paper, scan it and import to Flash. I use the Trace bitmap to make the lines smooth. Your right, drawing in Flash is very difficult even I use WACOM pen and tablet. As for the hair animation, just a motion tweening will do. ^_^
For the eye blinking, it is not randomized. Just a different time frame.
