Not bad.
Though I somehow think she's more latin... dunno why, really. Just something about her that struck me as hispanic.
Still, best cosplay I've seen so far.

What method of building the bust did you use? Is it EVA foam or Worbla? I'm building some N7 armor right now and have been hem hawing on the breastplate. Not sure if I want to stick the foam in the oven and form it over some molds or go with worbla....

Thats a great armour suit, very accurate, I love the weathered look, makes it look like a suit that's seen battle, rather that a perfect cosplay suit

That is a fantastic cosplay!
I don't know if the lines on the armour are meant to be simulated battle damage or was a result of the materials and painting you used, but the effect works wonderfully, making it seem like Ashley just got off the battlefield.
