Thanks. It is right along 17 at Exit 120. The cemetery is just off Mulberry Street. I could write out directions for you. I like to park near the entrance and walk but you can drive up into it. I used to ride my bike there years ago. I think there's a guide online to the famous Civil War veterans buried there.

The weather is getting cool and I'll be at Red Hill this weekend, ducky.

Thank You So Much for the Directions there!! I so love to tour old cemeteries especially if there are people buried their from either the Civil or American Revolutionary Wars!

The weather is so very cool and I was thinking perhaps on Sunday I will take a trip up to the Catskills to do some hiking Where is Red Hill? And which day? Are the leaves changing up there? I know in Vermont, Columbus Day Weekend is their biggest weekend for the Leaf Peepers

I'm supposed to be going up on the tower at Red Hill today but the rain is rolling in and thunderstorms are expected by afternoon. It'll be about the same tomorrow. The leaves are changing and looking pretty good but the weather isn't too cooperative. If you came up to the Gunks next weekend the leaves might be looking good. They're just starting to change there. The maples started turning yellow just this week. The leaves in the Catskills may be getting over with by next weekend.

Hillside is a nice old cemetery. The one I know with revolutionary war veterans is Kelly Hollow. It's full of 18th century graves. Some graves that are marked just have pieces of rough stone with names on them. I ran into a group of ghost hunters there once.
