I know in the uk they are called dunagrees and sometimes you can get them online mine were a bit more makeshift though haha. My friend cut the top of a pair of overalls and sewed it to a denim skirt then dyed it so the colors matched.

My friend made it for me, but it wasnt too complicated thouugh. We just bought a shirt that was the right color bought a white shirt and printed the crown design on it then attached it to the original shirt.
