thanks! tbh I dont have any fancy pixel art programs, I draw all my pixel art in paint tool SAI with the binary tool. to animate them I draw/cut and paste/adjust the parts im gonna animate on seperate layers over the original pixel art. and then I save each layer (frame) as its own picture and I upload them all onto this gif maker website if that makes sense? hope it helps
