onistly ever sence i boght fallout 3 i rely like the idea of power armor.
but the Lore go's like this:
Power Armor originated on Earth 001, the first to modles being the medical 'Athena Exo-Skeliton' used to help reablitate people, made by Google, NASA, and Microsoft in 2025
and the Mars Battle Sute, develop by the US miltary, Space X, and the NRA in 2030 for the US miltary right in time for the 2nd Korean war in 2035.
in the 2050's they replace the battery on the Mars unit with a small nukler reactor, and a fusion reactor 2090.
when humanity came to the stars they found that they were the only one to develop anything like power armor in there area.
the modern power armor is like comparing the Land Ship of the great war to the Main Battle take of the US military in 2017, modern armor have a smart glass vew glass that ade in battle, these can handle a few mini-nuke like blasts, and can handle the type of EMPs pot on ICBMs during the erly 21st centery, and can handle being on the botom of the ocean or in the vacum of space.

a good 1/3rd-1/5th of the ROM army use power armor in battle, Civilina variants are used for fire&rescue, medical, and law-enforcement felds.

blunt, projectile, lazer, guss, rail.
if you get hit by a modrn tank shell, (regler slug), you can survive, but the armor would be trashed.
