This is another AMAZING colab between and myself!

Kyotara and Rei met during the war; they were part of the same division, and throughout the war they got to know each other, fight by each other's side and bridge the difference between their countries.
As the war finally ended, the two comrades found themselves shaking hands for one last time... or is it? a few months later, Kyotara comes to Konoha to found the first Iwagakure embassy in Konoha, and the two friends have the chance to see each other once more.

I love how this picture came out, and once more I am so happy I got to make a colab with Eevee!!! She's amazing, and look at that dreamy Background!!!
