I think Venus would be the most difficult because of its size it would need the most resources. Something like 90% of the atmosphere would have to be converted to water, which would require a lot of hydrogen. It would be a big job.

Why don't you just bombard Venus with Comets & Asteroids that contain water? It's the most possible aspect of earth shaping Venus. It would blast out the Carbon Dioxide and bring in other materials needed for life as well.

I try to not depict any particular terraforming method in my pictures. Although the one that I think would most likely result in what I have depicted here. Is transporting hydrogen either for the sun or and outer planet then reacting it through the Bosch reaction to created graphite and water. [link] The resulting water would cover 80% of the surface if there was no ice.
