I made this salad a few weeks ago, for lunch. It was SO tasty. I may have to make it again.

It contains: smoked mackerel; green beans; tenderstem broccoli; baby spinach leaves; a dressing of (I think) yoghurt, lemon juice, dill and something else; and toasted sunflower seeds.

The window was behind it so I used some foil as a reflector. I didn't have anything to rest it on so I put one end under the plate and the other end in my mouth as I held the camera with two hands. The things we do for art...

(This was actually edited on a different computer than the one I'm submitting on now. The mackerel in the foreground looked fine when I edited it, but now I'm viewing it on a different monitor it looks almost burnt out. )
