It looks like a punk worm. Or a spermatozoa or something cellular.
Like, if you take the top as a head with a mohawk, then take the squiggly protrusions as arms, and the bottom as a tail - it is an abstract worm!
I may be seeing things. I like it though.

This is lovely! A lot of the shapes remind me of elements of creatures drawn by Ernst Haekel, but turned wonderfully mechanical!
