Yeah, it's going to the traditional section (still), because that's where 99% of the perspiration came from. (technically, I should have it as "mixed" -given the colouring process was done digitally- but I haven't found a suitable category)Arma again, this time finally coloured - tho I'm still missing a background (ranging from concept to skill, may I add). Some help on that note would be truly epic.
Decided to "slightly" tweak the colours of the original concept, tho:
the shirt was mainly left white with a hint of blue and the button on her right sleeve (on the left) was darkened (originally because I'd screwed up shading before scanning, but I decided to leave it like that, to further increase contrast between her two arms); I chose a colour closer to orange/brown/yellow for her golem marking on the forehead instead of the more known green one, it turns that way in some stages in the game.I'm surprisingly pleased with the colouring and how lighting effects came out on the various materials.

Out of all the characters in the game, she's my favourite. In a way I feel sorry for the little amount of contents she gets, as a playable character, compared to everyone else.

unless you're willing to grind to make the Rocket Boots that make her run as fast as full speed Charme and grind in Crystal Nightmare(both boss run and normal levels)/Lapis Ruins to get the stuff for the Omega Cannon. Then with a close range backup weapon she's notably powerful. (Guess who spent a collective ten hours to get those 
But yeah, Arma's the best.

what tools did you use?

It's a bit mixed, but mostly traditional: the lineart and shading was done on paper with a B2 pencil; the only things I did in Photoshop were tweaking the contrast, slapping some colours with different blending modes, and adding a couple of filters on the whole thing. (I'm a sucker for the diffuse light thing)
