I know the concept pieces for the second Godzilla Monster Planet has the end credit girl being a survivor from a group of humans that praise Mechagodzilla as a god.

But here was an idea, what if the girl was Mothra in a human form. Think about it, the girl had colored markings that match Mothra's wing markings and the front parts of her head looked like her antenna. If the creators have Godzilla as a plant, it would make sense to change the history of another one of there famous kaiju. Since Godzilla would be really big and Mothra is considered a goddess in most of the movies she's in, how far of a stretch would it be for Mothra to have a spell to change her into a human to avoid detection from Godzilla.

Since one of Godzilla's enemies evaded him by becoming smaller, the big Godzilla created the Servum and Filius to search for the one target that managed to avoid him for endless years. Since she's a peacful goddess, Mothra would see fit to save anything from the terrors of Godzilla and his creations.

This is merely an energy based form of her true kaiju image.
