Fly me to freedomHappy Chinese New Year 2011, Year of the Cat/Rabbit
Lately i've been inspired by Mecha and steam-punk for some reason
I've been working on a couple of projects and various styles. Wanted to do something a bit different. 
To a year of prosperity ~
Story
She lived alone, created a simple idea, a ship in a form of a balloon, and traveled the world in search for true freedom.
Take me to a place where no one has been. A place of simplicity. Fly me to freedom
Duration: 5-8hrs within a month of art block

It's always nice to try out something different, and I like that you went with steam-punk. Gotta love that trend. Anyways, I love how the sky is peaceful and the way the balloon flows freely above. The use of colours come well together and as I look at this image, I do feel like the scene is alive.

the story varies from culture to culture >< In my community we celebrate it both for the rabbit and cat ;D But not many are aware of it.
