Is very hard to do some details, and this image have a lot of small parts to remember, sometimes you want to post it to show your artwork quickly and really forget to observe them at all! hehehe
I dont understood the part when you said about the hole in the right arm.
The original image is very larger than this on zoom (on DA), i don't put the original size here 'cause i already had problems with people stealing my arts. But i ever put a bigger version than the standart of DA, because i want people to see the details and judge it to help me improve my skills, i don't mind about that!

And yeah, I totally understand that, even when you do 'proof-read' your artwork, sometimes thing slip in.
As for the arm part, if you look at the top of of the hole on her right arm, there is a bit of blue, like a line of it. It seems out of place, since the hole doesn't seem to go all the way through her arm, and even so, it's not the same blue as the background. Maybe it was meant to go all the way through? I don't know, the color is just too dark on that line.
But I realize I'm being very nitpicky. It's a wonderful piece, better than I could do. I love the concept so much.
