Mmmm yes. I know I'm supposed to be working on that comic of mine, but he was nearly finished, so I figured I'd slap so color on him. This is part of a project of redesigning the characters of Slayers. If you don't know who this is......well, you SHOULD. Go familiarize yourself.
Being he's a bit of a vagabond, I made his outfit more... er... rogue-ish. More places to snap stuff and store 'em, I guess. Also I rearranged his stones. Less rock-man, more blue elf with a skin condition. The stones on his face are all hidden under hair (which gives him an excuse to look emo ^^).
Hm. Yep. There he is!

This is lovely...I've been rewatching the Slayers series and Zelgadis is still my favorite character. This version is beyond awesome...and makes me wanna make this into a cosplay...

OMG ZEL!!! He's awesome in Slayers. He, Lina, and Gourry are my favorite! What other charries are you gonna try? I'd so love to see your version of Lina and Gourry. I secretly want them to be a lovey lovey couple.

lol I've got Xellos, Lina, Gourry, and Amelia all sketched and I wanna try and do a Nagha too (because she amuses me as much as she makes me cringe). Xellos is currently in the coloring stages. ^^

Nagha, urgh, she makes me cringe. Those movies were the first I watched of Slayers, and I didn't want to watch anymore. Then I got curious, and watched the series to find it was Nagha-less and fell in love.
Xellos is my hubs favorite with his "It's a secret" thing... but Lina and Gourry amuse me... That Gourry is the dumb blonde cracks me up. I have Slayers, Slayers Next, and Slayers Try

I have ALL of Slayers anime XD because I'm a geek like that. And the first thing I saw was the motion picture and even WITH Nagha, I loved it ^^ I dunno. I cringe, but I love her all the same XD
Zel and Xel are my personal favs (course, that's of the main characters >> I have a thing for some of the dark lords too ^^)
