"Well, it's terrible. A fate worse than actual death if you think about it. You always hear about people having to suffer and live on under horrific circumstances. Live on with the deeds that they've done and constant regret. A life full of pain and misery. A life that is harsher than death. A life that no soul, not even the most corrupted soul in the universe, should live. That is my life. That's how it feels sometimes."
"But..shouldn't it be a good thing that you're still alive? Blessed with the chance to continue on in your life, and see it to it's real, natural end?"
"But what natural end do I have Cipher? I will always be alive. Cursed with a sort of immortality. Until the day comes that this PAK, your PAK, is destroyed, I will be 'alive'. Even after your own death. As long as this unit is still intact, I will still be here. I can only die if I'm destroyed."
"Oh...but..then that's more of a reason to live with what you've been given right?"
"I suppose. But when everyday you look at yourself and see pieces of your body literally break away into nothing, or look at your skin and just see numbers and letters flash in red and glitch in incomprehensible ways, it's hard to really believe that you're supposed to be happy with who..no, what you are."
"But at least you're still here Virus. At least you're here to see the sun rise on another day. Another day that could bring you one step closer to getting back your body. Getting you back your life. Letting you feel truly alive again."
"But that day is far away, and I'm still just data. Face it Cipher. I'll always really just be data. Data, with a mind of it's own.."

All jokes aside though, I really feel for Virus. Even if he is just my character. He's evolved into such a sad creation. At least, thats how I feel.
