Though I’ve composed the bones of a few songs through the years, this is the first one to ever take the plunge and make it to the light of day. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing this finally reach fruition, and its a pastime I will put more thought to in the future.
This is my first official venture into the realm of music, so be sure to let me know what you think!

The bouncing of light from the raindrops, the attention to detail in fur texture, the layering even in the mountains and clouds, the light peaking through the clouds, the clouds gosh how I love those clouds, they remind me of something out of Steven Universe, all of it is stunning and creates such a recognizable air. And how well does the illustration and song complement each other <3

Thank you, Skyward~ I put my best into what I do, wherever I wander, so it's not surprising that I come out on the other side with a polished product. What is surprising is that the polished product is halfway decent even when I have next to no experience in the area. What I lack in experience I make up for in study, it seems. As for the painting, the image appeared in my head after the song was completed and just wouldn't come out any other way, haha.

I'm honestly blown away. Both the picture and the song are just wonderful, and accompany each other perfectly! The art is just gorgeous: the atmosphere and detail is just perfect, and the ambience and softness of the song compliments it so well and is so beautiful and calming to listen to. A treat for the eyes and the ears

Art has always been a strong conduit of mine, but there have been rare moments throughout the years where I’ve found that my current mediums just don’t cover it. That’s what led me to wander outside of the visual mediums and look to aural ones; through music I found that I could capture exactly what I intended as easily as if it had written itself! Curiously enough, I was able to create the artwork to go with it as soon as it was completed as well. Art certainly is magical in all forms~
So thank you. It’s good to hear that I was able to touch you even outside of my comfort zone. c:

Oh wow that's amazing! I love that you stepped out of your comfort zone with this and attempted (and totally nailed) a completely different medium. You did so well with the music, and I love that it inspired you to draw such a gorgeous picture.
