Artemis is one of the most widely venerated of the Ancient Greek deities (Her Roman equivalent is Diana). She is the Hellenic goddess of the hunt, wild animals, wilderness, childbirth, virginity and protector of young girls, bringing and relieving disease in women. 🏹
