Decided to try and make a texture for Godzilla Junior, available for both SFM and MMD. I feel like we're missing quite a lot of monsters within the Kaiju modeling community, and while I have no idea how to make models, I do have some bit of experience with image editing and just graphic design in general (I mean, I'm mostly known for being a digital artist, what do you expect?), so I thought I'd try to play around and make some textures for Kaijus who already have models really similar to them.

I decided to do a texture for Godzilla Junior. I just really like the little dude and I feel like he's a bit underrated. Plus I generally just felt like actually doing some stuff with him, but since there wasn't really any way of getting him into SFM I couldn't really do so. Until I was today years old, which is when I decided "Fuck it, I'm making a texture for him". The texture is for the PS3/PS4 Heisei Godzilla model. I did the texture on this model since it was the closest to how Junior looks. Sure, Junior may be a lot smaller and slimmer than his father, but I had no other alternatives, so I just went with this. You could always re-size the model anyway.

Thought I'd make the texture available for both SFM and MMD, as these are pretty much the most used programs within the Kaiju model community (or at least to my knowledge) and also since these are the only programs I have. I don't use MMD that often, since I feel like it's a lot more difficult to use than SFM, but I know some people prefer it over SFM, so I did a port for both. I can't really port it to any other programs, but if anybody would want to make ports for it for other programs then ask me about it.

The main skin texture has a few small errors around the mouth are, tho I didn't know how to fix those, so I apologize for that. Also I should mention that I made two spine glow textures, one green and the other red.

Now before I finally put the download links, I feel like I should mention some things. If you plan on downloading both, then try not to mix them up. They work differently depending on the program you're using, so try not to mix them up. Also try not to rename the files, especially not the MMD ones, since they cannot work without the specific file names I gave them.
To make the SFM textures work you'll have to put them in the materials folder, from the usermod folder that can be found in the SFM Steam folder (there are a lot more folders that you have to go through to get to these, but these are just the most important ones. If you want a more clear explanation then feel free to ask me). After the textures are put in the materials folder then just open SFM, make a session with the PS3/4 Heisei Godzilla model ported by NeoUltimo and just replace the textures in the Element Viewer section, with the name of each specific texture.
For MMD, you'll need to get the PS3/4 Heisei Godzilla model ported by MMDCharizard and make a copy of the model file. You'll just have to replace the textures from the files with the ones from the Drive folder, and keep the same file name, since they won't work otherwise.

Anyway, now that I've got the boring stuff out of the way, time to finally put the download links. They are two separate Drive folders, each for the respective program (I would have put the SFM version on the workshop, tho due to the fact that my Steam account is kinda limited I can't do that at the moment, tho whenever I will be able I will make sure to do so).

I really hope you guys will have fun with this texture. It's the very first texture edit I made and I am rather proud of it!
