Although there is a lot going on in the composition and there is a bizarre narrative at play, I think the face in the bottom left is distracting from the flow of the image. Perhaps because it is a face. I think if the slippers were moved in slightly and the face was gone it would create a nice path for visual movement. other than that I think the image is fantastic. The color scheme that was developed is great.
