Al I understand is that their cutie marks are supposed to have a meaning that makes them stay together.Β

they areΒ special, they have a cutie mark that means two things. 1: They help/defend ponies who don't have their marks yet however they can, like Pip
2: Scootaloo's wing symbolizes her love for racing/going fast like she does all the time. Sweetie Belle is a singer, and Apple Bloom, though its an apple inside a heart, means that she is good at building things, working hard and with her whole heart to do it, like she would on the farm.
Marks don't really outright showΒ aΒ poniesΒ talent most of the time, its more symbolism. Twilights mark isn't a magic book, Rarities mark isn't clothing.

they have different elements on they cutiemarks like note, apple and wing, to show their unique traits

True, but does this mean that they have TWO special talents now? They all help other ponies but what what did they do to earn the little symbols. A pony earns their cutiemark when they realize what they really love and what they are good at. They did not do anything like that besides realizing that they wanted to help others.Β
Also, i know that sweetie belle can sing really well, explaining the music note. But scootaloo's is a wing. Um...She can hardly fly :I And then apple blooms is an apple, what in the world does that mean??

i wouldn't call them their special talents, just something that makes them stand out from other CMC
i'm not sure tbh, but i think apple bloom's symbol shows how much she loves her apple family
which is why she has a heart in an apple

Scootaloo's cutie mark is sort of the representation to me she's going to be able to fly in the future and be really fast on her scooter. She's going to be a Rainbow 2.0, but with a scooter. Since it's a wing and lightning bolt combo cutie mark. Applebloom's cutie mark is an apple with a heart. As a friend of mine thinks, it's because she's the least judgemental pony in Ponyville. The heart represents her willingness to help others no matter how bad they are, Diamond Tiara is an example. Apple is because she's part of the Apple Family, it only makes sense.Β

i dont think Scootaloo is ever gonna fly. her wings are too small, its a disability. but she can soar on her scooter, thats how i see it

Yes but scootaloos should have been different, if you were to look at her mark you would have thought it was for flying. Plus, the mark can not be 'saved for the future'Β
Applebloom is an individual character, not having to follow her love for apples like the rest of her family. honestly i was hoping for something different.

Scootaloo's can mean her zippiness on a scooter than flight. I just take the flight into consideration until we know more. That is if we ever do.Β
And honestly, truth be told, Apple Bloom's should have been a builder type cutie mark in front of the CMC shield. She excels in building, so it would have been neat if the apple was made to look like wood or something like that.Β
That's the thing about the girls, throughout the whole series you saw what their cutie marks should have been. Scoots, her scooter and zippiness with it where being unable to fly isn't hindering her. Apple Bloom her knack for building things. Sweetie Bell her singing voice.
Want to really get down to it, Sweetie is the only one that shows hey look I'm a singer and the star represents that I'm going to be a well known singer like my sister is well known for creating clothes.

I mean, I loved the episode, But the cutiemarks are terrible, I know that they're the colours of them, Like the mane colours and the pelt colours, But they're just awful.

They just have too much going on in them. A symbol on top of another symbol over a tri-color shield. Sometimes less is better.
