EDIT: Changed the title, added some more detail and proportions to his legs, as well as tweaked the right (Mickey's right arm) a bit.Tell me what you think! Needs a better title? Maybe something else could use improving...
Remember that project I kept rambling about? So yah, here's the cover for a little comic I might start working on~ Let me know how you see the pose of Mickey falling, because the cloak blocked out his torso and most of his legs ;_; I'm also a little unsure about the title, but you guys tell me what you think~
Yeah, it's nearly midnight right now, so I'm probably gonna wake up tomorrow morning and regret ever doing this xD
Here's the pitch~

Mickey Mage is a thief, and has a gift that not many Mortals have: The ability to wield both Light and Dark Magic. But Mickey takes this gift for granted, and is addicted to Dark Magic.
Surely Minnie, a Demon Hunter and his fiancé, can keep the addiction under control, right?
Troubles rise when the all-powerful Sorcerer’s Hat chooses Mickey himself to fulfil a prophecy centuries in the making. But why would the hat—an enchanted item made for light magic—choose someone with such a dark heart?
Now, Mickey must learn to control his special gift, and save the universe before the Dark Magic consumes him.

the cover is just great. i love the tribal art look it has, and the font is beautiful too. i would not change a thing. it should be a very effective cover art for your comic. remember that you, me, no one, will EVER please all the people all the time. there's probably thousands, millions of alternative covers that would work very well. this is one of them.

in 7 months, i have these left to either delete or store in folders. i have already deleted thousands, and stored thousands.
i have over 1,000 in just THAT GIRL's folder with probably that many more to put into it. but i never have time to delete

Yeah, it's irritating they don't have much. I'll bet you anything they would have a lot of reference and tutorials of drawing the sorcerer in the Disney Archives. The best way to get the design you want is to try and try again. Just keep practicing on it, but don't stress out.

I'm sorry to say this, but they don't give tours anymore. The only way for anyone to get access to go into the studio are A) work for the company, B) be an actual archivist in the Disney business, or C) gain 12,000 points in the Disney Rewards access codes online when you buy movies and merchandise.

I like the general concept you are going for with this cover page. As for the falling pose of Mickey, it looks a little odd with those legs tbh. It's not clear to me what positions the legs are in. Perhaps it would be better to make his legs shorter so most of it is covered by the cloak, leaving the feet sticking out on top (if that makes sense). Mickey generally has short limbs anyway, unless you are going for an altered look on the Disney mascot?
The left arm (or Mickey's right arm) looks slightly out of place as well. I think it's too far back and should be closer to his head otherwise it would look as if his neck is really long.
I really like this idea of mixing white and black on Mickey which represents his Light and Dark Magic abilities, and I see the link between the dark hand closing in on Mickey and him reaching out for the Sorcerer's Hat i.e. going from Dark to Light. But I wonder if there's just too much darkness for the background for such a story? If it was up to me, I'd have lightened the area around the hat more to make it obvious that it represents Light.
One final thing - the title is too generic (no offence

And yes, I was thinking the same thing about the title. I just wasn't sure what to name it at the time, so I had Dark Magic as a placeholder ^_^ Something better will come up eventually...
