Akira is one of the proud few who were specially selected by the Nakamura clan to be one of their ninja. His natural athleticism, photographic memory and acting ability makes him a skilled ninja. However, unlike fellow ninja, Nakamura Yuriko, he's not as skilled when it comes to ninjitsu. Whereas Yuriko has trained since she was a child, he only started learning when he was a high-school freshman, nevertheless, his personal skills makes up for it. His fighting specialty is in using kunai daggers and wires, which he would use to entangle foes. Even though his ninjitsu skills are lacking, the clan has given him the special job of being one of their hireable assassins. Assassin jobs are few and far between, but he has killed targets before, all of them yakuza, so he is no stranger to death. He goes to a business college but has aspirations to be a manga artist so he works part-time as an assistant for a small company that produces weekly manga serials. Akira has a cool and calm demeanor, which helps him out in his daily life and in fights as a ninja, however, he looses it on his worst fear, spiders.
