Well good for her.  But I made that comment so that the artist won't get in trouble for even having the appearance of making child pornography.  I made that comment because I don't like for people to get in trouble.  In the above picture, the girl isn't naked technically.  But I still gave him that comment because I felt that he could still get some negative and unwanted attention later on.

Well look above her shoulders and tell me what age you think she could be.  Yes, it's below her shoulders that the girl looks older than 18.  But look above her shoulders and seriously tell me what age you think she could be.  Then look below her shoulders and seriously tell what other purpose this picture could have other than to arouse males.   

My original comment was just a friendly warning, because I don't like for people to get in trouble.  I honestly don't sense any maliciousness from the artist towards girls younger than 18.  But I just know how the law doesn't care about how you meant something.  You broke a law or you didn't.  Life experience has taught me to not even have the appearance of breaking a law; that's if you don't want the unwanted attention of police officers.  Law enforcement doesn't care about how you meant something - you broke the law or you didn't.   

Show this picture to a police officer, and reply back to me what her or she thinks on this subject.

Lol I'm not sure why you've brung this up to be honest xD It's just the artist's style how he draws women. This would not be considered child pornography because it's an art piece and there are way worse things on DA if your looking for Child Pornography, there is a BUNCH of Loli-con pictures(if you are not familiar; its technically child pornography in Japanese anime style.) 

you're one of those type of people who try to help but instead you're the one pointed it out and got them in trouble lol. From the time he posted this there are about over 30 comments with nothing to do with someone calling it Child pornography, until you commented. 

Let me tell you what i see, everyone has a different type of body figure and face,which means some women will look younger than they really are.  If your a woman you would know that sometimes breasts become larger in some women's younger years. the artist wanted to try something sexy which he totally succeeded. 

A woman's face can sometimes be deceiving if she has a baby face, as i say again, this IS an art style, how he styles his women. calling it child pornography is kind of prejudice against the artist, he wouldn't see it as a friendly warning, he would actually think you're accusing him xD

I have had to endure various life injuries because of some little shit that I ever did or said.  I have a really bad fuck-head in my family who is really good at creating trouble for other people.  So when I saw that painting, I first saw the face of a little girl and then saw the body of a busty woman.  I'm 31 years of age, if her face looks like that of a little girl to me, it's going to look like that of a little girl to other adults 31 and up.  Right away - I understood how someone could take that picture and twist it around into something that it wasn't and create problems for that artist.  So that's why I said what I did in the first place.

Good thing that art is subjective and that there are some people that honestly think that the girl in the painting is older than 18; good thing that she isn't naked so that you couldn't call it child pornography.  But I know how someone could easily interpret it in a very bad light.  But I think that it's very naïve also to think that there are no people on DA that are in Law Enforcement, or that there aren't any fuckheads around.  I warned the artist because I was thinking about how a fuckhead could cause him a lot of problems over that one picture.  But like you said, I'm sorry if by pointing it out I caused more harm than good.

 I understand You were saying it with good intentions, but I wouldn't think someone would be accusing him of child pornography on here, she's a woman now with a grown body, she looks to be about 18 19 which is legal age where i live it's just that you pointed it out without real reason to, since no one was accusing him of it.It would be more understandable if there was actually someone who called in Child pornography. NOW people think about it after they have read your comment lol 

But i see what your doing and I'm glad you see things in that way.
